We are not far from Dallas or Fort-worth. It has also recently been recognized as one of the Top 20 cities to live in the United States.
Carrollton Texas Public Facilities
Libraries
Carrollton has two wonderful public Libraries to choose from. Both Libraries include free Internet access. You can study, check out software, check out books, Cd's, DVDs, albums and even digital books. They also offer online services to renew books and find free eBooks to read and free movies to down load.
Animal Shelter
Carrollton also offers Animal Shelter Service, so if you loose your pet or something might happen to your pet you have a place to check on finding or disposing of your pet. I have seen dog catchers so make sure your pet as a tap.
Carrolton Senior Center
A place for seniors to hang out together and also find some assistance on matters that are important to them. Carrollton is good at helping the elderly when they seek their services.
Other Public Facilities
Carrollton also has a Chamber of Commerce, two Post Offices, Police Department, Government Center for Denton County, Municipal Courts and Justice Center, and of a City Hall.
